If you work in Origas, its 17 kms away, in Makati, its around 23 kms away. So travel distance is manageable.
Current price for the Phase 1 lots is pegged at 10,600/sqm but all are sold out so that Sta Lucia decided to come up with an expansion phase. Lot sizes sold were 150 sqm to 400 sqm
At what price? This, we have to wait, because Sta Lucia have not released the official price yet. If we make an estimate valuation of 11,500/sqm at 150 sqm, Then price for one lot will cost at around Php 1,752,000 and higher. But then, let’s wait for the official pricing.

But I will warn you. These residential lots are limited in number. Its only an expansion phase and not a new subdivision. So better act and decide while it is available.
Look at the elevation of Blue Mountains – higher than Marcos hiway and almost level with Sumulong Hiway which is the elevated / higher ground part of Antipolo.
